the development of high-impact projects.
In 2023, Greentech Electric SRL carried out the installation of a 151.50 kWp photovoltaic system at the main headquarters in Brianza of the renowned cosmetics company Giorgio Janeke SRL.
Specifically, our company was responsible for:
- Site management of the entire construction project, carried out by one of our employees
- Installation of monocrystalline photovoltaic modules
- Installation of the cable conduit system
- Laying of cables
- Installation of two 80 kW inverters
- Installation of the photovoltaic switchboard
Location: Veduggio Con Colzano – MB
Starting from early 2025, Greentech Electric SRL carried out the installation of a photovoltaic system at the well-known mechanical carpentry company Carpenteria Meccanica Perotti SRL in Soncino.
Specifically, our company was responsible for:
- Installation of photovoltaic modules
- Construction of the cable ducting system
- Laying of cables
- Installation of the inverter
- Installation of the photovoltaic switchboard
- The work is still ongoing and is currently in its final stages
Location: Soncino – CR
Starting in early 2025, Greentech Electric SRL contributed to the construction of the substation for the Vantage Data Center in Melegnano. The project, commissioned by the American giant Vantage, spans 26,000 square meters and offers an IT power capacity of 32 MW.
Specifically, our company was responsible for the following activities:
- Construction of the grounding grid for the earthing system, followed by additional restoration works
- Various Facility Management activities
- Construction of part of the site installation system
- To this day, our company is providing Facility Management services at this site
Location: Settimo Milanese – MI
In 2022, Greentech Electric SRL carried out the installation of a 414.05 kWp photovoltaic system at the main headquarters of the well-known food company Citres S.p.A. in Bovolone.
Specifically, our company was responsible for:
- Site management of the entire construction project, carried out by one of our employees
- Installation of monocrystalline photovoltaic modules
- Installation of the cable conduit system
- Laying of cables
- Installation of inverters
- Installation of the photovoltaic switchboard
- Support during testing and commissioning of the system
Year: 2025
Location: Bovolone – VR
Starting from February 2024, Greentech Electric SRL collaborated on the construction of the Compass Data Center in Noviglio. The project was commissioned by global real estate firm Hines and Compass Datacenters, and it spans a site of 230,000 square meters, of which 95,000 square meters are covered area.
Our company was specifically involved in:
- Installation of the cable conduit system
- Installation of the smoke detection system
- Laying of low and medium voltage cables and installation of terminals
- Construction of the primary and secondary grounding grids
- The construction work for this Data Center is still ongoing
Location: Noviglio – MI
Starting in late 2023, Greentech Electric SRL collaborated on the construction of the substation for the Vantage Data Center in Melegnano. The project was commissioned by the American giant Vantage and extends across a 123,000-square-meter site.
Specifically, our company was responsible for the following activities:
- Construction of the grounding grid for the earthing system, followed by additional restoration works
- Various Facility Management activities
- Construction of part of the site installation system
- To this day, our company continues to provide Facility Management services at this site
Location: Melegnano – MI
Starting from February 2024, alongside the work on the data center, Greentech Electric SRL collaborated on the construction of the Compass Substation in Noviglio.
Regarding this project, our company was responsible for:
- Construction of the HVAC system, including coordination and support during system testing by Mitsubishi specialized technicians
- Construction of the grounding system
- Installation of the cable conduit system
- Laying of low-voltage cables and installation of terminals
- Construction of the FM system
- Installation of the lighting system
- The construction work for this Substation is still ongoing
